The Auto Profit Masters RPM ToolKit™ is a suite of online-based Training and Accountability tools created for use by APM clients. It was first released in beta format (called WebTools™) in February 2008. Fully updated, it rolled out as part of the Shop4D(R) shop management platform in 2019.
These tools are an industry first, giving repair shop owners the ability to remotely manage their shop from any location with a computer and internet access. Additionally, these tools make service writers and technicians accountable to micromanage themselves, instead of requiring the owner to be involved in all aspects of the business.
RPM ToolKit™ Clients can learn more about all aspects of these tools by using the instruction manuals.
